I can’t really call this one a recipe, but it’s too good not to share with you guys. And also, I promise you, if you serve this to anyone visiting you they will get so impressed! I don’t know why, but apperently this just lifts your whole dish to a new level. I like to serve it at bbq’s or with some bread along a soup or stew. You can also just serve it with some breadchuncks as a snack.
The ingredients you see above, that’s it. That’s not really a real recipe, right! Just add some garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano and supersmall onionpieces, all to taste. If you have some more fresh herbs like chives, thyme or oregano this will also be tasty in here. Cut/press it supersmall and add to (vegan) butter. Set the butter back in the fridge so it gets a bit firm and the flavours can develop. That’s it. So tasty!
